iPhone Duo arrives at Apple Store locations worldwide

Apple's first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, debuted at Apple Store locations around the world on Friday, October 23. Apple said customers filled stores globally, with team members offering hands-on demos and personalized shopping support for the device.

Customers can buy the iPhone Duo and the rest of the iPhone lineup at Apple Store locations, on apple.com, and in the Apple Store app. Apple says dedicated Apple Specialists are on hand to help with trade-ins through Apple Trade In, monthly leasing through Apple Upgrade, Apple Card Monthly Installments, and carrier deals, while Personal Setup lets customers transfer their data to the new device.

Apple is also running new Today at Apple sessions tied to the launch, including "Say Hello to iPhone Duo" and "Tips: What's New in iOS 27 on iPhone," to help customers learn the device and the latest version of iOS.

The retail launch of Apple's first foldable phone marks its push into a device category long dominated by Samsung and other Android makers.
