I am a full-stack, AI, and robotics engineer for startups. I build new apps and I finish ones that are already in motion. Contract, fractional, or equity.
What I actually do
Startups usually need one of two things: a first version that a customer can use, or an existing app that is close but not finished. Web, mobile, backend, and the AI or robotics pieces around them are all in scope.
If the idea is clear, I can put a working app in your hands within days. You get the repository, and you talk to me directly. I am based in Kathmandu and I work with founders in other time zones.
The tutorials on the blog are the same kind of work I ship in public: voice on a small computer, ROS 2 navigation, an MCP server, a Stripe ledger, and a LoRA fine-tune. The portfolio has the product demos.
Contract
A defined build: a new app, a stuck feature, or a launch that needs a senior engineer on it until it ships.
Fractional
Ongoing engineering for a startup that is not ready for a full-time hire. I stay close to the product and the codebase.
Equity
For a founder with a real plan and a tight budget, I can take part of the work as equity and talk through the rest on the call.
